As well as giving you a thorough understanding of general administration duties, this course can help you on the path to becoming an office manager or taking a supervisory position. You’ll start by going through routine tasks and as you progress through the course you’ll study supervision, delegation and leadership, as well as giving job instruction and identifying training needs. The final part delves into human resources and staff appraisals.
