Supervision (Introduction)

Anyone in a leadership or management role knows just how difficult it can be to offer the right supervision. Supervisors are key to the success of the organisation and are the vital link that ensures staff are performing. This course gives comprehensive coverage of the skills that you will need and the situations that you are likely to face in this role. It includes staff motivatation and handling conflict, as well as training and performance appraisal.

This is a NZQA approved course. Upon completion of this course you will be awarded a Stotts Cengage Education Introduction to Supervision Certificate.
