Gourmet Cooking

If you love food isn’t it time you learned how to cook it? We start with organising your kitchen and building up the essential equipment and ingredients of the gourmet cook. Then you’ll discover exotic and unusual ingredients that will take your cooking to a whole new level. By the end of the course you’ll be able to use equipment correctly, plan menus, and create an ambient atmosphere in which to dine.

Upon completion of this course you will be awarded a Stotts Cengage Education Gourmet Cooking Certificate.
