From sumptuous buffet function food, to well-balanced meals for your local school, this course will give you the knowledge and skills to turn your catering ideas into reality. You’ll learn to market your business and how to keep making your catering memorable for your clients. You’ll try a wide variety of foods as you decide on which style of catering you prefer.

Upon completion of this course you will be awarded a Stotts Cengage Education Catering Certificate.

Assessments:	8 lessons / 8 assignments
Duration:	This course must be completed within 24 months. 24 Months = 5 hours a week study 12 Months = 9 hours a week study
Level:	Level 3
	Stotts Cengage Education is registered as a private training establishment by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) under the provisions of the Education Act 1989 and its subsequent amendments.
