Tourism and hospitality is an important and thriving industry in New Zealand. Many people come here to take in our awesome natural wonders. This means that there are lots of career opportunities up and down the country in hotels, motels, restaurants, resorts and clubs. This course will prepare you for a long-term future in this exciting sector. There are four subjects in this course.

Upon completion of this course you will be awarded a Stotts Cengage Education Complete Course in Hospitality & Tourism Certificate.

The following components of the course are NZQA approved; Hotel-Motel Management and the elective options Small Business Management and Supervision (Introduction).

Prerequisites:	Open entry
Assessments:	55+ lessons / 55+ assignments (depending on electives)
Duration:	This course must be completed within 36 months.
Level:	Level 3
