Bar Attendant

Bars are lively places that offer an interesting and fun working environment. Here you’ll learn about the legal elements of the business such as who you can serve alcohol to and how much you can serve. You’ll gain an overall understanding of how a bar operates and the role and responsibilities of the bar attendant – cellar operations, bar control procedures and serving customers. The course also introduces a number of beverages such as wine, beer, cocktails and coffee, along with the serving techniques and glass choice for different beverages.

Upon completion of this course you will be awarded a Stotts Cengage Education Bar Attendant Certificate.
