Our sense of smell is perhaps our most underrated sense, it has the capacity to lift our spirits and soothe and heal us. Aromatherapy is the art using fragrant oils extracted from plants, to stimulate and heal.

You will learn how to extract these potent oils and the best way to unlock their power to sedate, stimulate, calm, ease depression, evoke pleasant memories and heighten pleasure and well-being.

14. Shiatsu and Reflexology

Prerequisites:	Open entry
Assessments:	14 lessons / 14 assignments
Duration:	This course must be completed within 24 months. 24 Months = 5 hours a week study 12 Months = 9 hours a week study
Level:	Level 3
